How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $30. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below that amount.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped. Contact us immediately at our email and we’ll do our best to update it.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate and resolve it quickly.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The case must be unused and in its original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, sale items and any cases that show signs of use or damage cannot be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
